Inconsistent Litter

The first time I bought Litter Clean it was great.

My cats liked it, it had very little dust and the scent was not too strong.

The second time I bought it, it was EXTREMELY dusty with clouds of dust rising even when I scooped carefully.

I was hoping to continue to use this litter because it is priced reasonably at Sams, but if the next bucket I get is dusty it will be the last.
