Special kitty clumping unscented with baking soda becoming BAD

This is the one I've been buying since two years now and I've noticed changes in the litter every time I open a new bag (sometimes is lighter in color, the crystals are bigger, other times is dustier , etc).

What bothers me is that lately it does not control smell and it does NOT clump as it used to.

I called customer relations to find out about this product and this woman told me rudely and in a hurry that the formula is the same and if I'm not happy with it to take it to the store and get a refund.

Time to search for another brand.
