I had done some research on the word natural in cat litter and discovered that natural actually is sodium bentonite which in essence is actually harmful not just to cats, but also dogs, rabbits and ferrets.

The dust or indigestion of this tidy cat litter can actually be fatal if ingested.
It can also over a period of time cause health problems,including respiratory problems.

So when you advertise "natural" it is used because it may come natural from mines,but it is in all reality a natural source that is unhealthy even for humans.
